FREE Promotional Opportunities for Spring 2012

In an effort to help you maximize your marketing efforts, we have created a series of contest opportunities.  We hope that these will help you create some buzz amongst your shoppers and consignors and will also help you reach new customers through our distribution channels.   We are releasing these early so you can work them into your promotional plans for Spring 2012! 

 

February 20-29: PreSale Pass Party

Customers will come to ConsignmentMommies for a shared email subscriber campaign.  They will enter their email address and then select a sale from the list (they may choose multiple sales).  Submission enters them on OUR mailing list, on YOUR mailing list and enters them for a Pre-Sale pass drawing by you. 

The "Party" Has Begun and we are no longer accepting sales. Make sure you are on our mailing list so you don't miss out next time!

 

At the conclusion, you’ll get a spreadsheet to randomly pick the winner & add the contacts your mailing list. You'll be responsible for notifying the winner & distributing the pre-sale pass.

 

April 16-30: Rate Your Favorite Sale

Customers are encouraged to rate their favorite consignment sale by leaving a comment.   Consignment Mommies will select one random commenter to receive a $50 Visa Gift Card to use at the sale of their choice!

Deadline for Entry:  No formal entry required (all sales are included), just send folks directly to your sale page and encourage a rating / review.  

 

Anytime – Free Facebook Giveaway Link

If you are offering a presale pass giveaway, extra consignor percentage or another contest, we are happy to publish a GEO-Targeted message(sent to your state only) to our Facebook fans.   For free!

Deadline for Entry: Please give us ONE WEEK to get you in the schedule and work on the details. 

Conditions: We do prefer that you run a “Facebook safe” contest.  For details on safe contest ideas, visit the site here. Limit two giveaways per season.

 

Anytime – Top Rated Badge

Once your sale receives over 50 ratings and has a minimum star ratings of 4.5, you will earn the Top Rated Badge and can be added to our Top Rated Sales page.

How to Enter:  No formal entry is necessary.  Just post a link to your “ConsignmentMommies sale page” on your email, website or Facebook page to encourage votes.  The Top Rated Badge addition is a manual process, so PLEASE NOTIFY US when you reach the 50 and we’ll add your little badge for you! 

 

Upcoming Fall Contests

Best Consignment Sale Contest 2012 – Nominations will be EARLIER this year.  Look for details in September 2012.  Contest will in held in late November / early December.
