TOTAL waste of my time. Spent HOURS getting many BRAND NEW items ready on their website. Took the items in at my *assigned time*, only to find a line of cars. Carried all of the items in because they didn’t have enough racks for everyone. Then had to deal with a smart alec poorly trained volunteer who rejected BRAND NEW items,… never worn! She could not tell me why- just that it “wouldn’t sell”. Huh! Two brand new dresses, and infant sweater never worn (in season), a brand new dress never worn which had a pin head sized red dot on it? It may have been tiny pin head..(not even that large) drop of blood from all of the pins they make you use. She also made me tape items with packing tape which ruined some items. I finally became so annoyed with her attitude that I just took all of my items and left. The owner… Ken… just stood there and watched, and didn’t bother to say anything. What a complete waste of my time. I would rather GIVE the items away instead of dealing with these IDIOTS!
