Great inventory. Clothes and other items were in good shape and well organized. Volunteers were friendly. I felt like the facility was too small for the size of the sale. With the amount of inventory and shoppers, the aisles were tight.

@Margaret...I think that you may have your sales confused. I see that your comment is dated right after the First Presbyterian sale and I did find lots of stained merchandise and shoes that were too worn to be sold. Christ UMC is one of the best sales
in the area and I shop it every season. RARELY do I find items that are stained or overly worn.

This is one of the larger sales in the Greensboro area. I haven't been to this sale in a couple of seasons and was surprised this time to find that almost everything I touched (clothing) had stains. This sale didn't check their items as closely as they should've. Everyone around me was making the same comments. Its too bad.

Great sale but purchased pottery barn dinosaur bedding sets marked twin. One has a crib sheet not twin. Would be grateful for seller to contact me!

Good sale. Pretty competitive prices. I saw a few items with stains, so pull through carefully. My biggest complaint was the lack of signage to explain the tags and to announce that the sale was in multiple rooms. I had to ask what the red C on the tag meant and what to look for to figure out what would be 50% off on the last day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stroller entrance was locked, so if you had a stroller, you had to go up four steps to get to the sale - inconvenient!

Went mid-morning and still found deals. Detaggers were a little slow AND I was in a hurry, but overall this was the best place to shop today.

Good sale. LOTS OF STUFF! Great deals but don't bring kids while you shop since it is very crowded.

This is my fave sale every year. I find the best namebrands for girls clothing and shoes over any other local sale. Tons of stuff, very friendly staff.

This is the best sale in town! They have the nicest clothing and I always find deals - even on half price day. This sale clothes my family

I shopped Saturday 9ish, still many items but halls were crouded with shoppers "sorting" through items. Lines were long and didn't move very fast. Several volunteers were children. Overall is so a decent sale.

I shopped this sale on Friday afternoon around 4pm. Obviously, it had already been heavily shopped, but I was impressed that it wasn't nearly as full and hard to shop as in prior seasons. Also, there seemed to be fewer stained items.

The last time I attempted this one it was so crowded I could hardly stand it! There probably are many bargains to be had, but I got too claustrophobic!

I get tons of nice stuff for my grandchildren here and can't wait for this year's sale! Very organized (different rooms for different types of stuff, etc) and lots to choose from.

Very tight and crowded. If you like to hunt for good deals this is the sale for you.

Good sale. Very crowded and can be a tight squeeze. Workers were very pleasant and willing to help in anyway possible. Many items were placed under the clothes racks, such as toddler games, potties, small high chairs. It was very hard to see. Will keep this on my list of consignments to visit. Suggest more shelves/racks to display items.

I usually try to make it to this one every year. It is very organized, no more crowded than any of the other ones in the area, and I can generally find nice things, even on 1/2 price day. There are a lot of consignors at this sale, so there is a LOT of stuff! I do think the line tends to move kind of slowly though.
Kimm 26-Sep-2009 07:06 PM3 out of 5 stars
Can usually find some nice things, but the sales area is VERY crowded with the racks. (Leave the stroller at home- there's no room to push one!) They do have several people checking you out, so the line moves quickly.
Genesa 10-Sep-2009 09:49 AM4 out of 5 stars
Very organized sale. They have signs for the ends of the lines, baskets for all your tags to go into and cash registers to ring up your purchases. Only critique would be that I feel the volunteers talk more amongst themselves or to their friends while checking you out instead of talking with you.
