Shoppers line up early on opening day to shop from thousands of gently used brand name items, including: clothing, cribs, strollers books, movies and toys, maternity, baby equipment, and infant essentials. After eight full days of public shopping, two additional days are devoted to the price reduction sales when most items will be available for sale at 25% to 50% off. We accept cash, check, visa, mastercard and discover! Volunteers are essential to Kids Haven. Volunteers help set up the store spaces, receive consigned items, organize items for sale, assist customers during the sale, assist consignors in retrieving unsold items, and help move us out of the rented spaces. Volunteering is fun and a great way to make new friends. Helping at the sale also earns Volunteers the privilege of shopping during the Volunteer Shopping night to get first choice at the best selection, without the crowds on opening day.
