West End Church Sale

I want to respond to "disappointed" and say that we are so sorry for your poor perception of our sale. We strive for excellent customer service, and feel that our sale is a great place to shop. We do make announcements at the closing time each day, but

Great selection!

This was such a great sale! Lots of high quality strollers, bikes, and clothing. The volunteers helped me with my many loads of purchases too. Lots of parking.

I consigned and shopped the sale (shopped Saturday morning). Found lots of great items, volunteers were extremely friendly and helpful, and the consigning process was extremely smooth and easy. Looking forward to the next one!

I am a volunteer and a shopper at this sale. Everyone works very hard to make sure the consignment experience is a great one! Great selection of girls clothes and toys, even though it is a smaller sale.

I absolutely love this sale! The workers are helpful and friendly. The selection of baby girls clothing is excellent and I completely outfitted my daughter for summer for less than $70. I will definitely be back in the fall!

I am a consignor and a shopper at this sale. This sale is great. The sale is small but is perfect for everyone. You can find great things and everyone is always helpful!

I am very disappointend with this sale. My husband and I buy 95% of all of our daughters things from consignment sales so we are not new to it, but this was our first time at this sale. When we got to the church, they did not have signs as to where to
enter. We tried 3 different doors before realizing we had to go through a gate around back and enter a back entrance. When we finally got in, the women working must have been "over" the sale because they were very unfriendly and made us feel very unwanted.
We immediately felt like a bother to them. The gym where they held the sale was small and very dark so it was hard to see the clothes. What we did see was out of date or not in good condition. At 12:00 ON THE DOT, one of the workers came up to us and told
us that they were closed and we needed to go to checkout. That is HORRIBLE customer service. Me and my husband were both very offended. We were not causing trouble and were already quickly shopping (because of another sale we wanted to get to). We left without
buying anything because we did not want to support these people or whatever cause they were raising money for. We have never been so upset over a consignment sale. We enjoy our weekends of consignment shopping and buying dresses and toys for our little girl.
But this sale just about ruined our day. I will not be returning and I urge people not to go. There are plenty of other sales out there that are far more worth your time and money.

Well-organized and smooth sale. No long lines, no chaos, just comfortable shopping and easy check-out from super-helpful people!

Small enough for easy consigning but big enough to find good bargains. Great location & climate (not a hot gym in July!). Kids had fun shopping.

Great sale. I found great clothes for my dtr for such a good price. I will definitely make this sale again.
