Homemade Remedies & Recipes
I had a baby book that gave me a recipe of 1 cup laundry detergent, 1 cup dishwasher soap (cascade) & one cup of all color fabric bleach; fill washer with water add ingredients, stop cycle, let soak for 24 hours, start the washer again, I’ve never had a stain it didn’t work on except mildewed clothing that had sat a while. – Terri
I use baking soda and a toothbrush! on really tough stains I will dip a wet toothbrush in baking soda and then a drop or two if vinager! works wonders! – Hollie

Krud Kutter ... It’s in the paint section of walmart. It’s better than oxi clean! – Amie
Oxy Clean Max spray. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before washing. Works great. – Lisa
Charlie’s Soap. All natural clean rinsing detergent. Works miracles even on poopy cloth diapers. I have my whole family hooked on this stuff. After one use they were in love. – Stephanie
I found this awesome goop at the Dollar Tree that is called M-13. Just slather some on the stain, let it sit for 5-15 min., depending on the stain, and wash as usual. – Katie
Greased Lightening – sold at most grocery stores and Home Depot! AMAZING! Gets ANYTHING out and is CHEAP by the gallon at HD! – Anita
