As part of the Rhea Lana franchise, the owner of this sale, Kristie Smith, has a wealth of resources available to her to make the sale easy to use for consignors and buyers, as well as the support of an excellent parent organization. Consignors, volounteers and customers are treated with the utmost respect, and Kristie goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience. She is also a person of incredible integrity, kindness and creativity – traits that she uses to keep this sale organized, friendly and successful. This sale is conducted with the utmost care towards safe business practices, community involvement, and the spirit of “paying it forward and giving back”. Unlike other sales I have participated in, there are no lost items, no “sorry that’s just how it is” attitude, and no problem that is too big or too inconsequential for the staff to attend to.
