For those who have never participated or even heard of a children’s consignment event, you are really in for a surprise! If you are a mom, grandparent or caregiver you know how much money you spend on your children. They grow out of everything so quickly. Before you know it you will find your children’s items cluttering up the garage and house. YOU MUST CONSIGN WITH URBAN KIDS TO SELL YOUR GENTLY USED ITEMS QUICKLY!
With over 2000 shoppers during our 4 day event you are sure to sell your items at the price that is right!

It’s time to update my review of this sale. I’ve been consigning at several sales for four years now so I’m a veteran of over 25 sales. I can say unequivocally that
Urban Kids is one of the best run sales I’ve participated in from the ground up. From drop off to pick up it has pretty much been smooth sailing every step of the way. They are picky about what they will accept for sale but that is a good thing. I want the things I’m selling to be in good to great condition so I can get the most for them.
I like the fact that my check is ready at the close of the sale and that the volunteer commitment to get the highest percentage and the earliest shopping time is pretty minimal so I can maximize my efforts.
As a shopper at the sale I’ve loved it too. It’s always super organized, there is always someone available to help me if I need it and they do a good job of making sure that they have great, in style, items that are in good condition.
And now with the live videos they are doing I can even shop before I get there which saves me time. All in all it’s a terrific sale. I highly recommend it!

Ever since my first sell I get at least $100 or a little over. I wasn’t getting that with my things just stacking up and giving it away. If I can get money for semi used things why not. Very good system on the sale and how to earn more of your sell.
A friend referred me to UKC about a year ago. Since then I’ve gone to 3 events and love it! You can’t find better deals elsewhere on baby shoes, clothing, or toys! I’ve referred all my friends here and will continue to do so 🙂
Heather runs an extremely organized event! I have been a shopper for a while and love this event. The quality of the product for sale is in great condition and I usually can find great buys there. Recently, I became a consigner and Heather is very helpful and accommodating. As other reviews have stated, as long as you can put a little bit of work into make your stuff look great, your stuff will sell. Definitely will consign and shop again.
Urban kids is the best consignment shop for locating the needs of growing children . Everything is under one roof and is in excellent condition. Being on limited income I could not keep up with the needs of my granddaughter without Urban kids.

I found out about Urban Kids Consignment not too long ago and I just love it, they have a variety of kids items for a great price, my son gets amazed just looking at the stuff, can’t wait to consign again and definitely buy some stuff.
As both a shopper and a consigner I can say this is truly one the best sales (and my favorite sale) bar none. Items are inspected before they are sent to the floor and only the best stuff gets in. My wife and I really enjoy this consignment event. We’ve been to various events in the IE and LA and Urban Kids Consignment consistently has the highest quality merchandise – when they say new/gently used, they really mean it. Prices are set very well and of course their 50% off on Sunday is the time to shop for some amazing bargains! We pretty much buy all of our clothes and shoes for our daughter here and it’s saved us a ton of money! A huge thank you to Heather for putting on such a great event.

My mom and I absolutely LOVE Urban Kids Consignment!!! We go every single time! Whether we are looking for something specific, or just browsing, it’s a fun shopping experience. The quality is great even on the second hand things. We have even found brand new items. I highly recommend this sale to anyone with a baby/kid in their lives (grandparents included).
First time I went to this event was in April and I have to say I was amazed of all the things you can find either new or used. Definitely will keep going .
I seriously look forward to these sales every 3 months.. Whenever I need something I write it down & save it to buy when the sale days come. Spending $10 for the presale is well worth it especially if you are going for bigger items. Literally a must go! I get in trouble with my fiancé when I come home with all kinds of stuff but most of the stuff I end up finding is way under retail price that is in EXCELLENT condition.

Heather’s business is AMAZING! As a shopper the merchandise is excellent, as a consigner – her organization skills are just . . . WOW! I’ve shopped and consigned with her. As a consignor – be sure you READ EVERYTHING and know what you are expected to do to get YOUR money. Don’t expect to bring anything less than EXCELLENT USED or BRAND NEW condition merchandise. Be prepared to spend a little on supplies to get your items on the floor! Hangers, paper and ink for tags, safety pins or price tag plastic thingies = YOU provide and YOU get paid! I love consigning with her. She’s an honest woman. Everything is on the website for you to know what is required of YOU. She’s an honest woman. And yes, she really donates all the items marked for donation. I was there the last time the donation truck was there.
Great sale and I had a great first time consignor experience. Heather (the owner) runs everything efficiently. She makes it easy to buy and sell as her guidelines are cleary stated on the website. Looking forward to the next one!

This sale is a great way to recycle our children’s clothes and toys! The prices are very fair and the sale is always organized well. The quality of the recycled prodducts are always decent because of the great inspections the staff does of their products. This is an awesome sale that I always attend and just recently became a consignor as well!

You just can’t find better deals that at Urban Kids. Set up just like a department store and everthing is inspected BEFORE it hits the sales floor. Not only can you save money – you can make money….just by selling your gently used items. Can be beat. Heather is so organized and easy to work with. Want to make even more – volunteer!

I shop at 3 different sales in the area. This one is not my favorite. The prices tend to be the highest and they are definitely not the largest, but I still go because there are usually a couple good deals to be found. They are ok, but definitely not the best.
