General Sale Info:

We will be accepting CASH and Credit/Debit Cards during shopping hours.

We will be supplying our “Big Blue Bags” for shopping You may also bring your own shopping bag/tote/laundry basket, but no wagons/strollers are allowed. At check out all purchased items MUST be placed in our white bags and securely closed; large items will have their price tags stamped.

No paper receipts will be given. Please tell the cashier prior to beginning your transaction if you need a receipt, so they can email it to you.

All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted for any reason. Please see a team member if you need to inspect an item to ensure it is working properly/all pieces enclosed prior to purchase.

STROLLER POLICY!!

No Strollers with storage below/Wagons Allowed!!

Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. Strollers may be difficult. Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte. 138 is a one way.  The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.

How to Consign

Consignor Registration Opens:

Monday June 7th, 2023, at 10am – Returning consignor

Wednesday June 14th, 2023, at 8pm – New Consignors

$20.00 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee due at sign up

Item Entry Deadline: Tuesday September 5th, 2023 @ noon

this point you will not be able to change/add inventory, but you will still be able to print tags. Please plan accordingly.

Hall Set Up:  Sunday, September 10th, 2023, 2pm to 6pm

Team member shifts will be available for set up.

 

Drop off appointments:

Monday September 11th, 2023, 11am to 8pm

Tuesday September 12th, 2023, 10am to 3pm

All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).

 

Hall Final Clean Up: Wednesday September 13th, 2023, 10pm to 3pm

Team member shifts will be available for the final Clean Up.

 

VIP Pre-Sale: Thursday September 14th, 2023, 10am to 7pm

Reminder: We will only be allowing Umbrella Strollers during this time or baby carriers. No strollers with storage underneath. All strollers and bags are subject to search upon exiting the sale.

Clean up/Sort: Sunday September 17th, 2023, Noon to 7pm

 

Item pick up: Sunday September 17th, 2023, 7pm to 8pm

Your “Unsold Item Report” will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you. Items must be checked before leaving the building.

Consignors not donating items must pick up items. Any item left after 8pm will be donated & a $25 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation). Even if you intended to Donate all your items sometimes you miss selecting the button. Please check your Unsold Items report because if you show items there then you must pick those items or call/text to let me know you want them donated prior to the pickup times or the fee will be accessed as well.

 

Payment:

 

Payments will be emailed within 30 days of close of the sale (usually withing 2 weeks). We will no longer be sending payments VIA PayPal. Payments will now be sent via eChecks to the email address you have on file.
