Join us at the York Fairgrounds, in Memorial Hall West, when 500 local families will sell new & gently-loved clothes (preemie to kids’ size 20), toys, shoes, books, strollers, car seats, highchairs and so much more! Everyday is a great day to shop but a presale ticket gets you in EARLY! Don’t forget the Stuff-a-Bag event on Saturday- $10/bag* cash only for each filled bag. Empty bags will be distributed at the entrance.

I consigned at WeeUsables for the first time in the spring. At home, as I prepared, I was very intimidated by the process. However, as soon as I showed up at the sale to put my items out I was no longer worried but instead in awe of how organized, kind, and helpful everyone was! I will definitely be a WeeUsables seller for years to come!
I’m pregnant with my first girl after four boys, so the WeeUsables event was a fantastic resource for me to find what I needed. Items were labeled very well, it was well staffed, and everyone was very nice. I’ve been there twice now, and will continue to go!
This is a GREAT event, especially for first-time parents. I consigned twice and the staff has been very helpful through the process. I only wish the days were more convenient for working parents. All the best stuff is taken early on Thursday/Friday and working parents don’t get out of work until 4 or 5 pm most days (if they are lucky). But there are still good stuff and deals so it is worth still going.
I have been consigning and volunteering for years. Its fun and I can make money back to shop some more! Good quality items at amazing prices!
I have been a shopper at WeeUsables both before I was a Mom and now as a Mom. They have great quality items and there is such a large variety. The thing I like the best is how organized the event is in general and also how the items are organize. There are large signs so things are easy to find.
I was able to find so much at WeeUsables! I ended up walking out with a bassinet, swing, play mat, tub, and quite a few outfits, all for around $250. I even found some great maternity clothes as well! The staff was very helpful and friendly, my family and I will definitely be going back in the fall when my baby is actually here! 🙂

With myself being a gammy on disability. I love getting my grandchildren all kinds of stuff. Wish you would let people with disabilities go first for like an hour or so cause we cant move as fast as everyone else.

LOVE the York WeeUsables sale – I first began consigning and shopping with this sale before I also tried WCE’s larger Lancaster sale! The owner and all the staff are so nice and helpful, and I always find tons of stuff for my kiddos there!

I went with a friend to the first time mommy part of the consignment sale and I was very impressed! Everything was so organized and all of the staff was so helpful. I bought a few larger items so being able to place them in the holding area until I was done a life saver! All of the items that were on sale were also very decently priced and looked to be in New or slightly used condition. Can’t wait for the fall sale to snag some more deals!

Very good place to fill out your closet
This is the best consignment sale!! Everything that you need for babies/kids is here and the prices are amazing for the quality of the items. This is where I have been getting almost all of my son’s clothes since I have been shopping here since I was expecting. I also started consigning and have had a great experience with that as well. At each sale, I have found everything I was looking for for each season, and am also able to sell our stuff that we no longer use. I would recommemd weeusables to any parent because I couldn’t imagine all the money I would have to spend on my son’s things but thanks to weeusables I can do it on a bugdet.

I have been a shopper at Weeusables York Sale for the past 4 years and have been a consignor for the past 2 sales. I love finding gently used children’s clothing, toys, and gear at affordable prices. I have had a lot of success selling my children’s clothing and other items they have outgrown without the hassle of a yard sale. I LOVE Weeusables and plan to continue shopping and consigning there!

I have shopped at Weeusables the past two years and in the last Spring sale I was a cosigner. I absolutely love both ends of this organization! Buying offers me such a reasonable way of buying lots of extras for my baby girl and stocking up on clothes for the upcoming season. As a seller I was able to clean out all of my used baby items and sell so much of it for a great paycheck! I recommend Weeusables to all of my friends and family that have small children or who are looking to sell!
I have been selling, buying, and volunteering with Weeusables for 5 years and they really do run a top-notch sale.
From the selling perspective, they provide a LOT of information which for me is ideal (not sure why people have complained about too much info!). The recent creation of a Facebook Consignor Group has been fantastic—they provide quick responses, have made lots of great changes based on current feedback, and have provided a nice forum for consignors to connect with one another. Sometimes their quality team I think is a little picky but as a shopper I would rather they error on the side of pickiness vs. being loose with standards and having a lot of junk there (and seriously some consignors really do try to put super dirty, awful stuff in the sale). The online inventory system is pretty good and once you’ve done a sale or two the process is pretty slick. Drop off and pick up is done well, there are generally lots of helpers at drop off to help you get to the right spots with your items.
As a volunteer I really only do enough volunteering (2 shifts) to be able to shop early and get the 5% boost in my percentage earned. Figuring out the hourly rate doesn’t make doing more shifts worth it for me. If you were selling a lot of items (expecting to sell over $1000) maybe but I’m usually doing around $400 in sales and it just isn’t worth an extra $8 for 3 hours of work. That being said, I really enjoy volunteering when I do and the Weeuseables staff is great to work with.
I have done consignment in other states and I would put the Weeusables events well above other sales I’ve done.
I look forward to this sale every year. Not only is all of the staff completely friendly and helpful, I can purchase everything my 2 daughters need all year long and at fantastic prices and quality. I can’t remember the last time I had to purchase new clothing for my kiddos. Having a consignment option like this to shop at keeps our single income household at a budget friendly cost for clothes 🙂

This sale helps me sell the little toys my kids don’t play with. The little sales add up to a nice check. It’s well worth the time and energy I put into it.
This sale makes it so much fun to buy great things for my little one. I have been to about 6 sales now and never have trouble finding awesome deals on gently used clothing, books, toys and more! It is super organized and the layout, organization, and event helpers make it so easy to browse and shop for what you’re looking for. Now being a consignor as well as a shopper, the sale has also helped me to earn back a great amount of money selling outgrown/unused items of my own. The process to being a consignor is super easy as weeusables team is always available to help you and the steps are very well explained. With just a little time management and preparation, the process is so easy! I recommend this sale to everyone with kids!!

I absolutely love weeusables. I’m able to get things for my son at a very reasonable price. Also, as long I as have items, I consign every season. Its a lot easier than having a yard sale. And if you don’t sell an item but don’t want the item back you can donate it. They make shopping and selling super easy. I recommend Weeusables to my friends and family all the time.

I love being able to buy a season’s worth of clothing for my daughter in one spot, and for a reasonable price. Consigning is simple, profitable, and those who run the sale are there to help and answer questions every step of the way. The sales are well-run, organized, and a pleasure to shop at!

The weeusable sale is a great way to fill your children’s drawers for a lot less. Each year I find hidden treasures that I can’t find anywhere else. This spring I went with my mother and cousin and aunt and we made out extremely well. I got 5 garbage bags full of clothes for my two daughters for about $200. If I bought the clothes out of store it would have cost me three or four times as much. We always go on the half off sale so we get more for money.
I love the convenience of having the biggest selection of every baby thing you could ever think of, and how many kids clothes there are organized perfectly. There’s quick to help staff everywhere, and being one of them, I love that I can earn more money in the long run from helping others there short term.
Also, no hassle vendors against the walls with helpful info and products, for the family, are a nice touch. Many times the line to check out extends past the vendors, but the sales people don’t talk to you unless you initiate with a smile or talking first. Also, with the amount of registers, the line goes fast.
If you are looking to purchase certain baby equipment/furniture there is ALWAYS multiple of the same items, so sellers are competing their prices to get a sale ending up to be a phenomenal deal. Also, thinking about deals, the quality of what you’re buying is pretty good, having been checked by their quality control department. But I think my top two reasons of getting involved with this experience, both buying and selling, is that:
1. If you prepare a long enough time ahead, with help from the seller Facebook group, you can really make a ton of money while you shop. And..
2. I can buy my daughter 2 seasons worth of clothes, for a whole wardrobe, in one day.
I have shopped several WeeUsable sales in York, and consigned for the first time in Fall of 2017. This is an amazing resource for families! Not only was I able to get an entire seasons wardrobe for both my sons, but I was able to make room for all those clothes but selling what no longer fit them! Definitely the best of both worlds! Plus with the money I earned from being a cosigner I was able to buy myself something special!
Ist time consuming in the fall 2017 York event and I was never paid for the items I sold. I was to receive $70.00 plus dollars. Still have not received any payment. I don’t understand how you can keep my money when I filled out the paperwork? Please explain!
Hello- Hoping to get an updated review from Renee… she was a new consignor, was paid along with everyone else, but had difficulty finding the payment we sent her via PayPal. She had asked us to send her consignor earnings to her husband’s PayPal account vs her own. She has since figured it out and signed up to consign with us again this spring 🙂
Been consigning with Weeusables for several years now. Every year is bigger and better. It’s been a great way to sell my grandchildren’s clothes, and then buy gently used for the upcoming season. Love the staff. Definitely looking forward to the fall sales in Lancaster & York.
I’m so glad that I found Weeusables. From being a first time expecting parent shopping at the York location, fast forward 2 years now I’m a consignor at the events. It’s such a wonderful idea, and us parents appreciate it very much. We can snag a good bargain on gently used baby and kids items, and make a few bucks on our own goods all at the same place!
Is my first time I consigned and and the second time I go shopping there.
Shooping there is great, you can see the same product with different prices and you can choose from all the variety. The staff is so nice. My only concern was that a lot of us were with our babies shopping, specially when is the bag time, but a lot of people there go to buy stuff to re sell and those get crazy, they just run, they don’t care if you are with a baby.
As a consignor I love it, I had the chance to sell my baby stuff and and it wasn’t hard, the only thing, with a baby sometimes I didn’t have time to read all the emails and information about everything, just it was too much information… but I really loved the experience, the organization is so good, congratulations!.. looking forward for September event.
I love Weeusables. This was my third year as a consignor. I am able to get rid of some of the things my son has either grown out of or no longer needs or plays with. I am also able to get him ready for the summer by getting him clothes and I was able to get him some stuff for school since he will starting kindergarten this year.
I consigned at the Lancaster sale, and on pick up day they would NOT let me get my things. Everything I had left over was donated, and I am not pleased at all with this sale. I paid to sell my things, bought accessories needed to sell, provided my own hangers (which I bought), then placed my items on the floor. This was definitely not worth my time or money spent just for them to rob me of items that I bought and then paid them to sell.
Hey Tiffany! We always hate to see an unhappy review… but I wanted to clarify and check in on a few industry standards:
– Supplies (and hangers) are always the responsibility of the consignor at any sale.
– Regarding donations: Did you mark your items for donation? Or come late to the pickup? It’s pretty standard practice for the sale to donate in either of those scenarios!

Sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience at the Lancaster event. However, we’d STRONGLY suggest reading the emails we sent and reviewing the sale schedule available on the website, so you are aware of the event timetable. You were able and welcome to pickup your items anytime on Thursday, between the hours of 2-7pm, a 5 hour window. All previous emails stated if you arrived after this time, your items would be automatically included in the charity stuff-a-bag. You are welcome to print off a list of your unsold items and the previously emailed donation receipt to use as a tax donation. Please let us know if you need a new one sent to you. Thank you for helping to raise over $5000 for the charity, Cribs 4 Kids. Now, 65 local families will have a safe place for their baby to sleep.

My daughter and I went to the WeeUsables York Sale last fall for the first time. We went on Saturday and were thoroughly impressed with how neat and organized everything was. We had figured by Saturday (since it was the last day), things would be a little “scattered” but everything was so nice and everything was in place. We got a lot of items for my first granddaughter. We are looking forward to going back this spring.

I only first attended the stuff-a-bag event last fall because I previously thought $10 was a lot for a bag of clothes. WAS I WRONG!!! It is amazing how much good stuff you can find left, even thought many other people are going thru it too. If you’re looking for something specific, I highly recommend going the first day as the best deals leave fast! But, there’s so much to choose from that you can always find something worth the trip. I helped at check-out last time and was amazed at some of the deals people were finding!

A couple years ago I had missed Lancaster’s sale so my sister and I ventured out to York. We got so many great Christmas gifts for our kids that year!! And the lines were not that long either! 🙂

I have had great success shopping at the York weeusables event! It has always been so well organized and laid out to make shopping super easy. I went to one of the earliest sales when it was still held in a fire hall and then in a school gym and can’t believe how fast it’s grown. This will be my first year consigning as well!

I liked how everything was organized and laid out neatly. It was easy to find stuff for my nieces and my son quickly. I also liked how there were tables for diapers changes and chairs for sitting to feed the babies.

My first time to Weeusables was jaw dropping. I was sorry I hadn’t gone the opening day. I found so many cute and affordable outfits for my son, that were name brand and in such good condition. The staff were so helpful and explained the shopping process from start to finish. My only wish is that it would visit the Wilkes Barre area.
