Free Admission – No pass needed for hours above. CASH and Credit Cards Accepted.

LOCATION: Memorial United Methodist Church, 176 Somerset Ave (Route 138), Taunton Ma 02780

Even More Merchandise! With over 200 consignors participating, you’ll find anything and everything for babies, kids and maternity!

Shopping Tips:

Hold Process: If you see a large item, such as a stroller, exersaucer or pack and play  that you wish to purchase there will be a “Hold Ticket” that you fill out the top part to claim and bring the bottom half to the register to pay for. We also have a Hold Area for other items weighing you down. Items will be hold for 30 minutes.  No items will be held between the full price Sale and ½ price Sale.

Allow time to shop: There will be thousands of items; racks upon racks of clothing, tables of toys and books, and rows of strollers and baby gear! Once you get inside, you’ll want time to look around.

Be prepared to wait: The sale is largely run with volunteer help and we work hard to keep lines moving. Still, there will be a wait for check out. Especially during the VIP Pre-Sale and Half off sale…if there was a line to get in there will be a line to check out.

Children: We prefer no children at the Pre-Sale. If shopping with babies/small children during public days, please use a small umbrella stroller or infant carrier so as not to cause traffic jams (no large strollers allowed during the Half Price Sale on Saturday 1-5pm).

Shop with Less Crowds: If you prefer less rush, plan to visit us Friday during  “bus Stop time 3-5pm”, Saturday morning before the ½ off sale or first thing Sunday afternoon. There are still plenty of bargains and a shorter checkout line.

Bring a friend and a laundry basket: It’s fun to shop with a friend and a basket will make it easier to carry your items. We will also have some Shopping bags that may be available to help you shop.

Bring a wish list: Bring a list of items your child needs and their sizes so you don’t miss shopping for the essentials.

Come back for 1/2 Price Saturday, 1-5pm & Sunday Noon to 3pm: Most consignors allow their items to be sold for half price on the final day. You can’t miss this opportunity for deeply discounted bargains. Look for items marked yes for Discount on the tag to indicate half price. No large strollers are allowed on the sales floor during the half off Sale on Saturday 1-5pm.

How to Consign

November 2019 Sale Info

Registration Opens ~

Wednesday, September 25th at 9am – Returning consignor who commits to 3 work shifts

Thursday, September 26th at 9am – Returning consignor who commits to at least 2 work shifts

Friday, September 27th at 9am – Returning consignor who commits to at least 1 work shift

Saturday, September 28th at 9am – Returning consignor with no work shifts required

Sunday, September 29th at 9am – Open to the Public


$15.00 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee due at sign up

(Register before October 1st, 2019 and receive discount registration fee of $12.00)

We will be limiting the number of consignors for this sale in order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for everyone! 


Fall/Winter Event – no summer weight fabrics, prints. No shorts, swimsuits, sundresses, etc. Short-sleeved golf and dress shirts for boys and camis/tanks designed to wear under other garments for girls are accepted. Short Sleeve tees pairs with long pants are okay if they are for fall/winter. Clothes your child would wear September-March.

After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory, but you will still be able to print tags.  Please plan accordingly.

Volunteer shifts will be available for set up.

Drop off appointments
 ~ Tuesday November 5th, 2019, 10am -8pm, Wednesday, November 6th ~ 10am to 3pm, Thursday November 7th ~ 10am to noon

*** All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***

You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).  


Team Member Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 7th, 2019 ~ 5pm-9pm

This Pre-Sale is for Team Member Only (and their guest)! You must have a VIP Pre-Sale pass to enter and your name will be on a team member list.


Consignor Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 7th, 2019 ~ 6pm-9pm

This Pre-Sale is for Consignors Only (and their guest)! You must have a VIP Pre-Sale pass to enter and your name will be on a Consignor list.


VIP Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 7th, 2019 ~ 7pm -9pm

You must a VIP Pre-Sale pass to enter, New Mom Pre-Sale Pass (from registration online) or a paid VIP Pre-Sale pass receipt.


Public Sale ~ Friday November 8th, 2019 ~ 9am to 9pm, Saturday November 9th, 2019 ~ 9am to 5pm (1/2 off sale starts at 1pm), Sunday November 10th, 2019 ~ Noon-3pm (1/2 off sale)

We will close the sales floor at 12:30 on Saturday in order to prepare for the half off sale.  At 1pm all items marked for discount will be 50% off. No items will be allowed to be put on hold after 12pm.


Clean up/Sort ~ Sunday November 10th, 2019 ~ 3pm to 9pm


Item pick up ~ Sunday November 10th, 2019 ~ 9pm to 10pm

Your “Unsold Item Report” will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you.  Items must be checked before leaving the building.

Consignors not donating items must pick up items Any item left after 10pm will be donated & a $25 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation)
