How to Consign
JBF of Loudoun Consignors earn an average of over $425 at each sale and you can TOO!
- Consignors earn 60% on their sold items / Team Members earn 70%
- A $14.00 Consignor fee
- Learn the tricks of the trade by watching our Consignor Workshop VIDEO.
- Use your smartphone to tag. It’s so easy!
- All items must be tagged using our online tagging and barcoding system.
- ALL Clothing must be on hangers – wire or plastic is acceptable – prior to coming to drop off.
- Clothing size 4 and below MUST be on a child size hanger
- JBF requests you have at least 20 items to consign or a couple large floor items.
I have shopped this sale for many years and Co signed a few times too. Great experience every time, it’s very organized and I always find what I need (and more!).

JBF Loudoun is by far the best consignment sale in Northern VA. Most organized. Ginormous selection. Great volunteers. I’ve been consigning, volunteering, and shopping here for 5+ years. Once you experience it, you will never need to go to another sale.

This sale is amazing! They have such a great variety of all your baby needs. What I like the most about it when your baby is younger, is they often have multiples of bigger ticket items. This means if you see something you love but someone else got to it first, there’s usually another. What I love about it now as my daughter gets older is the awesome variety of clothing that helps me to dress her as she grows. The coordinators and volunteers are always super friendly and helpful. Cannot day enough good things about this sale! 🙂
Having done consignment sales in SC and PA, (11 year veteran!) this one is my favorite! It’s great for both buyers AND sellers. Very organized, commitment to taking only CLEAN clothes and shoes, and a great selection. My goal is always to sell enough to cover what I buy, but I find so many great deals for my three kids!
This is an excellent way to save money on clothing in prestine condition, that will be worn one season or sometimes even just a once. Very well organized, and staffed with friendly, helpful volunteers.

This is just a wonderful sale for any parent. You can find some really great deals and the event is well organized. It can get a bit crazy as so many people take advantage of the opportunity to go to these seasonal sales, but it is well worth it! They have really great pales as well. Make sure you check out all the chances to get in early!

My husband likes to come with and pick out toys. They all have batteries or are in plastic bags, so you know they work and have the parts included. Also love that you can set aside larger items or bags and keep shopping. Huge selection of toys, baby gear, baby/kid/maternity clothes.
This is the biggest and best sale I have ever been to and I’m so excited to shop there again for my second grandchild.

Love JBF! Attended the sale for the first time this past spring! It was very well organized. Prices were very reasonable and there was a great selection of toys, clothes…and about anything and everything baby!

Best sale ever! Reduce, reuse, recycle, that’s my motto and this sale helped me do just that. I bought $50 toys for $12, Nike air shoes (perfect condition) for $12, and an airport system that retails for over $100…for $6. As a first time shopper I couldn’t get enough!

JBF Sales are incredible! I was first introduced by my cousin and got everything I needed for my first baby! Everything is organized by size or age-range so it was perfect! The venue is spacious so there is minimal “bumping” into other shoppers. I highly recommend JBF!

the consignment is always organized.. great stuff.. love the consignor shopping day.with child care and activities for kids. next consignment, please set up an area for Dancing clothes and shoes. so that it won’t be mixed up with other clothes.
Hmmm, agree with a few things, but wasn’t impressed with some of the “standards of quality” – I was in the market for an extra stroller, many of which were filthy. In addition, some items were overpriced IMO.
This was very well organized, great check out, family friendly and very well done. Best consignment sale I have ever been to- worth it for anyone who wants to save money.
I wasn’t able to make the spring sale. My friend, a continuous customer/consigner of yours said moms are no longer allowed to bring children or in this case her breast fed infant into the sale with her. I found this very alarming. Please direct me to where I can verify this change that I don’t agree with.
The spring/summer sale was my first time with JBF. I’m so impressed and now wonder why I waited so long! The owners really know what they are doing! I never heard one complaint out of anyone! I also sold 75% of my stuff and I’m SO OVERJOYED with the money I will receive! I think I’m done having yard sales! I also have to say they are so good picking out stains, one pair of pants that came with “paint drops” was pulled! LOL!
wish I was closer – LOVE kid sales!!!!! I just found one being held down the street from me in a few weeks and they pay 70% and you don’t even have to volunteer any time if you don’t want to!!! gonna try to sell some stuff 🙂

The one and best consignment sale in the area. The offer private sales for volunteers and consignors and 1st time parents. Haven’t seen those features in other baby consignment sales. I recommended to all my pregnant friends or friends with little ones.

I have consigned with this sale for 3 seasons now, but recently had the opportunity to volunteer and it is even more amazing than I thought! Not only is the amount of of merchandise INSANE, they have a very strict standard of quality which you can always appreciate when buying second hand! I’ll never sale or shop at another consignment store!!!

I have been shopping this sale/consigning at this sale, and volunteering at this sale since it first started. I have shopped the other sales in our area, and feel that JBF Loudoun is BY FAR the BEST! I love that they check through the merchandise before putting it on the floor. It makes a huge difference!

Sandy Radel Loftis It is this weekend at the Dulles Sportsplex. Public sale is tomorrow starting at noon. Look up their facebook page and they posted a coupon for free admission!!! They really are the best 🙂 They have very high standards of what is sold and you can often find stuff that is brand new!!
